These terms describe the Carbide & Dirt text-messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

What messages you'll get

Non-marketing messages (if you tick the first box): replies to your request, call scheduling, onboarding updates, and follow-ups about the services you asked about.

Marketing messages (if you tick the second box): offers and product news from Carbide & Dirt.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carbide & Dirt is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form and ticking one or both text-message boxes. Each box is unticked until you tick it, and you can send the form without ticking either. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we'll send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
